Legal bases
We process data on the basis of legitimate interests, performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing
We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the site and our processes, for example hosting, CRM, analytics and email. Where relevant we may share with our administrator, placement agent, legal and professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Retention
We keep founder submissions for up to 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner, and investor records for the period required by regulation, typically up to 6 years from the end of the relationship. Technical logs are kept for shorter periods for security and analytics.

Your rights

Complaints
You can complain to your local data protection regulator. In Guernsey this is the Office of the Data Protection Authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concerns first.

Security

Children
